The staff were extremely polite and cooperative. The breakfast was amazing, with exceptionally tasty bakery items. On demand, non-veg items like sausages were also available. The ambiance was excellent, and the facility had a huge parking space with beautiful green lawns. it was a very pleasant stay at The Grand Arc Hotel & Convention Centre in Shahjahanpur.

Amazing breakfast and courteous staff! The hotel had a great location and the parking space was huge with beautiful lawns. One more advantage was the tidy and clean rooms and hallways, giving a pleasant overall experience.

Limited non-veg options for breakfast and unresponsive staff. We had a hard time getting our morning kit and even calling for the Wi-Fi password was unfruitful, as nobody answered the phone.

I had a truly incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, I couldn't have asked for better service. The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious, with an exceptional bakery that offered mouthwatering treats. Although I would have liked to see more non-veg options like sausages, they were available upon request. the quality of the food and service was outstanding and I would definitely stay here again.

During my recent hotel stay, I had a wonderful experience with my family. the staff were exceptionally polite and always willing to help out. the hotel was surrounded by lush green lawns that added to its beauty. the rooms were very clean and the bathroom was well stocked with all the necessary amenities. the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. my family and I had a great stay.

It would have been better if the Wi-Fi signal was a bit stronger as it was difficult to connect to the internet.

The breakfast was one of the highlights of our city break. There were plenty of options and everything was cooked to perfection. the staff were friendly and made sure we were happy with our choices. the location of the hotel is fantastic as it was close to all the major attractions we wanted to visit. Another advantage was the beautiful scenery surrounding the hotel, it made for a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.

The mobile network was weak and sometimes non-existent. This made it difficult to stay connected with friends and family.
